Q:When will I receive my swag package?

A:Swag packages begin shipping on June 30, 2026 for early registrants. If you register after July 30, your package will ship within 2 weeks of your registration date.

Q:Do I need to complete the 5K all at once?

A:Yes, the 5K (3.1 miles) should be completed in a single session to count as an official finish. However, you can walk, jog, or run at whatever pace is comfortable for you.

Q:How do I submit my results?

A:After completing your 5K, log into your RunSignUp account and submit your time. You can optionally upload a photo or screenshot from your GPS watch or running app as verification.

Q:Can I walk instead of run?

A:Absolutely! This is a run/walk event. Complete your 5K at whatever pace works for you - the important thing is crossing that finish line and enjoying your wine afterward!

Q:What sizes are available for the t-shirt?

A:T-shirt sizes are selected during registration. We offer a full range of adult sizes. Make sure to select your preferred size when you register as sizes cannot be changed after the swag ships.

Q:Can I ship my swag internationally?

A:Swag packages are shipped to US addresses only. If you're located outside the US, you'll need to provide a US shipping address during registration.

Q:What if the event sells out?

A:This event is limited to 250 participants. Once we reach capacity, registration will close. We recommend registering early to secure your spot and get your swag shipped sooner!

Q:Is there a time limit to complete my 5K?

A:You have all of 2026 to complete your virtual 5K. As long as you finish and submit your results by December 31, 2026, you're an official finisher!
